Chess in Madrid's schools and universities 6

Some Madrid chess happens behind a school gate or a university card. Three clubs here are based in schools, San Viator, Fundación Caldeiro and Tajamar, and field teams in the federation's leagues from there; Tajamar also runs a school chess programme, and each of the three has put a tournament on the regional calendar.

The university entries are tournaments for a campus community: Universidad Carlos III plays in Getafe and Leganés, the INEF faculty of the Politécnica has held one together with the Madrid federation, and an inter-university championship gathers students from around the region. Taking part is tied to belonging to the school or university, so these are listed for pupils, students and staff more than as places a visitor can walk into.
