What the status rests on

The club is in the Segunda division of the Madrid chess federation (FMA) team league for 2026/2027. The federation's venue list for that season has no entry for it, so the federation publishes no address for the club. The Madrid tournament calendar (ajedrezenmadrid.com) lists the "Open de Primavera Colmenarejo Chess Club 2026" (5 April to 17 May 2026; organiser entered as a person) and the "Torneo de Otoño C.C.C. 2026" (13 September to 25 October 2026), organised by Colmenarejo Chess Club, both at the Centro Municipal Hogar del Pensionista, next to the health centre.
