What the status rests on

The club is in the Primera division of the Madrid chess federation (FMA) team league for 2026/2027. The federation's venue list for that season has no entry for it, so the federation publishes no address for the club. The Madrid tournament calendar (ajedrezenmadrid.com) lists the "I Torneo Ajedrez Rápido Somos una familia - Sierra Norte 2025" (28 December 2025), organised by Club Ajedrez Sierra Norte at Avenida Víctimas del Terrorismo, 2, Soto del Real. FIDE tournament reports list rated events named "Primavera Sierra Norte 2026" (rounds from 29 March to 31 May 2026), "Torneo Sierra Norte Agosto 2025" and "II Agosto Sierra Norte" (August 2026) in Bustarviejo; the reports name no organiser, so the link to this club rests on the name.
